Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us.

Effective July 16, 2026. This policy explains what information OptaPoint Consulting collects through this website, how it is used, and how you can reach us with questions.

Information we collect

When you submit the confidential brief form or the diagnostic on this site, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, work email, company, title, a description of the decision or challenge you are evaluating, your preferred timing, and, if you complete the diagnostic, your answers to those five questions. We do not ask for passwords, protected health information, customer or patient data, financial account information, or confidential client documents, and we ask that you not include them.

The form also includes a hidden field used to deter automated spam submissions. It is not visible to visitors and collects no personal information.

How we use it

Information submitted through this site is used solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential engagement with OptaPoint Consulting. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain submitted information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement proceeds, for standard business recordkeeping. You may request that we delete information you have submitted at any time by emailing us at the address below.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out.
